This contest is brought to you in partnership with East Bay Regional Park District, Save Mount Diablo, San Ramon Arts Advisory Committee, Youth Art Committee for San Ramon. Contra Costa County Arts and Culture Commission, Livermore Committee for the Arts, Pleasanton Civic Arts Committee, and Dublin Arts Collective.
As the new Chair of the Water, Parks and Wildlife Committee, I know how critical caring for our environment is for the future of California. We are lucky to live in such a beautiful place but we also have an obligation to protect it. I want to hear from you about the importance of nature in your life and see your photos of water, parks, and/or wildlife in our community!
This contest is open to AD 16 residents of all ages. To participate, please fill out the webform below and upload a photo you have taken featuring water, parks, and/or wildlife in the East Bay. Submissions will be open through February 28 at 11:59 p.m. and will go before a panel of judges from our partner organizations in early March.
Looking for inspiration to get outside and explore the natural landscape? Consider the East Bay Regional Park District 2022 Trails Challenge, which features 20 trails across the East Bay of varying difficulties, or consider connecting with your local parks and recreation department.
