The Assemblymember issues special Certificates of Recognition to honor AD-16 community members and organizations who have gone above and beyond. Occasions include, but are not limited to:
- Community award ceremonies
- Eagle Scout Court of Honors
- Girl Scout Gold Awards
- Community organizations' anniversaries
- Apprenticeship graduations
- Military swearing-in ceremonies
- Ribbon cuttings
If you are interested in receiving a Certificate of Recognition from the Assemblymember, please fill out the form below and a staff member will follow up as soon as possible.
