Shelter in place has made a serious impact in all our lives. However, many in our community feel the impact harder than others. Over the last three weeks, my office has hosted Virtual Office Hours to offer those seeking help an opportunity to share their concerns, get connected to resources, and receive help with state agencies. My knowledgeable staff have been able to help dozens of constituents with issues ranging from questions about unemployment claims to navigating the DMV, as well as provide warm hand-offs to other local agencies. If you haven’t attended an office hours yet, I invite you to make an appointment to speak with my staff this Wednesday.
