10:00am - 12:00pm
Today is the final day of the 2020 Legislative Session. The legislature has been incredibly busy casting critical votes on issues around COVID-19, helping our small businesses, protecting our district from wildfire danger, and implementing criminal justice reforms. I am working diligently to pass legislation that represents our districts values and that is responsive to the challenges Californians like you are facing. In addition, over the next couple of months, I will be holding a series of public events and meetings to connect with community members, to hear about how I can better serve the district, and to gather input for my 2021 legislative package - stay tuned for more info.
My office is also hosting Virtual Office Hours this Wednesday, where you can set an appointment to meet directly and privately with my staff to get linked to resources, share your concerns or ideas, or receive help with state agencies such as the EDD and DMV.
